The Harmony Hotel in Nosara, a primo surfer’s break on the Nicoya Peninsula’s Pacific Coast, is still the sleepy Guanacaste paradise of bygone days. Following in the traditions of Costa Rica’s colonial past, Harmony Hotel has created a verdant and sustainable oasis. With Playa Guiones, well known for consist waves year-round, Harmony Hotel is more community than hotel for surfing enthusiasts.
The Cocos are 240-sq. ft. rooms which are scattered around the swimming pool. Each has a large private patio, outdoor shower, hammock and seating area.
One-bedroom bungalows are distributed throughout the hotels gardens. Like the Cocos, each includes private deck, outdoor shower, hammock and seating area.
The 700- sq. ft. suites include sofas that convert to twin beds, as well as a king bed in each bedroom. A sumptuous, light-filled bathroom, with large tub and separate shower, heightens the comfort level. The wooden deck, with shower, hammock and seating, wraps around the suite, ensuring spacious privacy.
All rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, mini bar, coffeemaker and complimentary local coffee, Wi-Fi and small safe.
